By booking and using the Heat Press Rental service at Crystal Bliss Designs & Prints, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
📌 User Responsibility

You understand how to safely operate a heat press machine and agree to use the equipment responsibly.

You are solely responsible for the materials you bring (shirts, transfers, vinyl, etc.) and understand that improper use may result in damage to your items.

You agree to follow all posted safety guidelines and instructions given by staff.
🔥 Liability Release

Crystal Bliss Designs & Prints is not liable for any injuries, burns, equipment misuse, or damages resulting from your rental session.

You release Crystal Bliss Designs & Prints, its owners, and staff from all claims or liabilities arising from use of the heat press during your reserved time.
⛔ Damage or Misuse

Any damage to equipment caused by improper use or negligence may result in fees for repair or replacement.

Equipment should be left in the condition it was found. Please notify staff immediately if any issues arise.
⏱️ Time Limits & Supervision

Your rental includes the agreed-upon time only. Additional time may be purchased if available.

First-time users may receive a quick safety overview, but the rental is for independent use, not instruction. (Classes are available separately.)
